Terms of Service
Last updated: July 7, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ProFend360 (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
What the Service does
ProFend360 scans AI systems to assess what they may know about the personal information you choose to protect, reports that exposure to you, and — with your authorization — prepares and sends data-removal requests to AI providers on your behalf.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account. Certain features require you to complete identity verification. You may add a minor as a managed profile only if you are their parent or legal guardian; you may add another adult only by invitation, which they must accept and verify themselves.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your PII profile, for maintaining the security of your credentials, and for activity that occurs under your account. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication.
Authorization to act on your behalf
When you grant removal authorization, you appoint ProFend360 as your agent for the limited purpose of submitting data-deletion and erasure requests to AI providers, and you confirm the information in those requests is yours (or that of a dependent you are legally entitled to represent). You may revoke this authorization at any time; revocation stops future requests but cannot recall requests already sent.
No guarantee of outcomes
We report what our scans observe and we submit removal requests diligently, but we do not control third-party AI providers. We cannot guarantee that a provider holds no information about you, that scan results are exhaustive, or that a provider will honor a removal request or do so within any particular timeframe.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- submit another person's information without the legal right to act for them;
- use the Service to harass, stalk, or investigate any person;
- probe, disrupt, or overload the Service or attempt to bypass its access controls or usage limits;
- resell or white-label the Service without our agreement.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for other users, providers, or us.
Plans and pricing
The Service is currently offered in a preview period: published pricing is indicative, and nothing is billed during preview. When paid plans launch, pricing and billing terms will be presented at checkout, and continued use of paid features will require an active subscription. We will give notice before preview access to paid features changes.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and content, belongs to ProFend360 and its licensors. Your data remains yours; you grant us the license needed to operate the Service on it — to run your scans, store your results, and send authorized requests on your behalf.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or US$100, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including authorization records, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) survive.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; if changes are material we will notify you in the product or by email before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
